Ejwuusl Wessahqqan war eine Gruppe aus dem Umfeld von Amon Düül II, deren Spiel sehr an die großen Vorbilder erinnert. Festgefügte Stücke wie "Thuloneas Körper" waren die Ausnahme, meist beschäftigte man sich mit sehr langen frei gespielten und weit ausschweifenden Stücken ohne festen Aufbau, in die auch plötzliche Einfälle einfließen konnten. Ein besonderes Merkmal der Gruppe sind das Fehlen von Gesang und Gitarre, die durch das selbstentwickelte siebensaitige Filouphon ersetzt wurde. In den Jahren der Lagerung hatten die Bänder leider etwas an Höhen verloren. Dadurch wird der Klang ein wenig dumpfer, ist aber durchaus noch annehmbar. Die Neuausgabe kommt mit zwei Zusatzstücken und einem achtseitigen Beiblatt im LP-Format.

Ejwuusl Wessahqqan were a Munich band acquainted with Amon Düül II whose style is very similar to theirs. Firmly structured songs like "Thuloneas Körper" were the exception amongst broad improvisations combining spontaneous musical ideas. A special characteristic of their style is the absence of vocals and guitar which was replaced by the self-made seven string filouphone. Unfortunately, after years of storage the master tapes have lost their pitch, which makes the sound a bit dim but nevertheless quite pleasant to listen to. The original LP had been pressed in a limited edition of only 300 copies and is nowadays very hard to find. The re-issue comes with two bonus tracks and an eight-page insert in LP size.
